Agile Delivery?

Agile not for you?

Not every organisation can adopt Agile. The requirement to run a competitive tender process makes Agile difficult. We understand some companies require something tangible to evaluate, namely solutions, features, and business outcomes enabled with an associated price and time component.

Fortunately, we also offer two other delivery models.

  1. Waterfall: A traditional delivery approach that operates in sequential phases, being: requirements gathering and analysis, systems design, implementation, testing, and deployment. A maintenance and support phase can be added as required .

  2. Outsourcing: Our personnel will work as if employees of your organisation, essentially you purchase time and our personnel work at your direction. This is a popular model with companies missing core skills who need workforce supplementation.
